Difference between 'Focus on problems' and 'Focus on solutions'.This is really simple and interesting. Very often we get carried away in problem solving. Keep it simple and move on.
When NASA began the launch of astronauts into space, they found out that the pens wouldn't work at zero gravity. In order to solve this problem, they hired Anderson Consulting (Accenture today). It took them one decade an 12 million dollars. They developed a pen that worked at zero gravity, upside down, under water, on practically any surface including crystal and in a temperature range from below freezing to over 300 degrees C.
The Russians used a pencil.

OK, one more of this kind. Two fellows, shall I say A and B, were born on the same day, same year, same time (perhaps a lag of few minutes) to the same parents by normal delivery. But they were not twins. Can you say how this was possible?
